The short version

This website is a set of static pages with one quote form on the contact page. There is no login, no shopping cart and no comment section. Reliance Pressure Washing does not run advertising or analytics on this site and sets no tracking pixels of its own. There is no account to create.

You can reach Reliance Pressure Washing three ways: by phone, by text or email from your own device, or by filling in the quote form. Only the form sends anything through this website, and what it collects is set out below.

What the site itself collects

Nothing that identifies you. Like every website, the hosting provider serving these pages records standard technical request data — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser and operating system — in server logs it keeps for security and reliability purposes. Nobody at Reliance Pressure Washing reads those logs to identify a visitor and no profile is built from them.

The quote form, and what it collects

The quote form on the contact page is hosted by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) and displayed here in a frame. It asks for your name, email address, postal code and what you need cleaned, and it optionally takes your phone number, street address, city, state and any details you want to add. Everything you type goes to GoHighLevel, which holds it on Reliance Pressure Washing's behalf so we can answer you and prepare a quote.

Because the form is served by GoHighLevel rather than by this site, loading the contact page sends your IP address and browser details to them, and their form sets cookies in your browser. It also runs a Cloudflare spam check, which is what stops the form being used to send junk. If you would rather not use it, call or text (734) 883-0972 or email reliancepressurewashing19@gmail.com instead — the same person receives all three.

The form carries two separate consent checkboxes: one for messages about your own job, and one for marketing and promotional messages. They are independent, neither is required to get a quote, and you can opt out of either at any time by replying STOP.

The other third party

The typeface on this site is served by Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Requesting a font file sends your IP address and browser details to Google, which is unavoidable for any site loading a hosted webfont. Google's handling of that request is covered by its own privacy policy. Apart from Google Fonts and the quote form described above, no other third-party service is loaded on any page.

If you call, text, email or send the form

However you reach Reliance Pressure Washing — by phone, by text, by email or through the quote form — whatever you send is used to answer you, prepare a quote and carry out work you ask for. That includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, photographs of the property and a description of the work. It is not sold, rented or traded. It is not used for marketing unless you ticked the marketing consent box on the form, and ticking that box is optional and reversible.

Messages and photographs sit in the ordinary phone and email accounts of a small business, protected by those providers' security. If you would like your enquiry and any photographs deleted, ask and they will be.

Children

This site is aimed at people responsible for commercial property. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this website. That includes:

  • Contact details you submit or send us — your name, phone number, email address, and the service address for the work.

  • Technical and usage information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected automatically.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information.

What we send. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Text messaging consent records are kept for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can show that consent was given and later withdrawn.

Data Security Practices

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you share with us, including:

  • Serving this website over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so information you submit is encrypted in transit.
  • Keeping customer records in access-controlled, password-protected accounts, limited to the people who need them to do their job.
  • Using reputable third-party platforms for messaging, scheduling, and payment, and relying on their security controls rather than storing that data ourselves.
  • Retaining personal information only as long as it is needed, and disposing of it when it is not.

No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
