Who you are dealing with

Reliance Pressure Washing is Chris Sproat's business, run out of Canton. On most jobs the person who quotes the work is the person who does it or is standing there while it is done, which is the main practical difference between an operator this size and a franchise — there is nobody between you and the person holding the equipment.

Their customers write about him by name and they consistently write about the same things: turning up when he said he would, explaining what he was going to do before he did it, moving what needed moving and putting it back, and being careful about what was next to the thing being cleaned. One customer with a large organic garden in front of a fence that needed washing wrote that he "was so respectful and careful not to injury the plants and used a solvent that wouldn't damage them".

The most useful one for anybody buying commercial work is from a customer who asked him to quote extra work and did not get it: "instead of taking the sale, he educated me on better options (that didn't make him money)." On a property you are responsible for, that instinct is worth more than a price.

Why this site is commercial only

Because commercial property is a different sale and a better fit for how this business already works. A house wash is a one-off. A plaza, a warehouse or an apartment community is a relationship with intervals, a scope and a budget cycle — and the interval is the part that makes exterior cleaning worth doing properly rather than cheaply.

It is also the direction Chris was already heading. The commercial ad he made himself reads "Brighten Up Your Building Today — Make Your Store Front Shine." This site is that sentence with the rest of the argument attached.

What we will tell you before you ask

The pages on this site say what they can support and stop where the evidence stops. There is no rating on this site, because no verifiable rating could be read for this business from outside — the reviews are quoted instead, verbatim, and attributed as their authors wrote them. There are no stars on those quotes, because the platform does not show what each author actually gave and drawing five would be inventing it. There are no prices, because the only one their current site publishes is a residential price for a service this site does not offer.

And there is no "licensed, bonded and insured" line, which is the one worth explaining. Their own current site carries "Insured" and "Bonded" as badges. Neither has a document behind it that anybody here has seen, so neither appears. Ask for the certificate of insurance and get the actual document, with your entity named on it, before any contractor works on your property — including this one. That is the right standard for commercial work, and a contractor who produces it promptly has told you something useful.

Veterans

Two separate customers mention, unprompted, that Chris offers free pressure washing to veterans, and one describes him turning up to do a veteran's home at no charge. It is not a commercial offer and it is not why anybody should hire him for a warehouse. It is included because he did not put it on his own website and two different strangers thought it was worth writing down.
